MEN'S MINISTRY
The Evergreen-New Hope Men’s Ministry provides an opportunity to form meaningful relationships with other men in our church. Through various scheduled events, you will have the opportunity to get to know other men, participate in physical activities, hear Biblical teaching, and learn how to be a real man in today’s world.
EVENTS:
- Monthly Friday evening men’s nights with teachings, activity, and fellowship.
- Quarterly men’s overnights with bonfires, sports, food and conversation.
- Periodic social gatherings such as Twins games, recreational activities, etc.
- Monthly Dad’s Workshop.

Saturday, January 15, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, Bloomington-Evergreen. In our world today the role of Fatherhood has suffered greatly. Our culture often portrays Dads as self-centered limp noodles that can fix the kitchen sink, but are impotent in their ability to lead their family. But what does God say? Doesn't he call fathers to so much more? Absolutely! Dads, join speaker Steve Nelson to get reenergized and aligned with what God truly has for us as dads. Optional lunch w/ Q&A afterwards.

Dad’s Workshops are starting!
Wednesday, February 8, 7:00-8:30 PM, Fireside Room. Maybe you believe being a godly leader of a family is more the product of personality, natural abilities or giftedness…either you have it or you don’t. Pastor Mark Bowen recently presented a tremendous teaching to the contrary: All dads can lead effectively by imitating 6 qualities of John the Baptist. We will meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month (through May) to help each other put these things into practice. Don’t worry if you missed Pastor Bowen’s teaching, we will get you caught up!
